Jenny has over 25 years in international business development. She has lived and worked in Asia for 10 years as well as the United States (3yrs.) and mainland Europe for 2 years.

She has worked for major multinationals including Compaq/HP and ICL/Fujitsu and has run her own consulting company based in Singapore supporting US and European companies entering the Asia/Pacific marketplace.

The combination of her business and management background and tenure overseas helps to bring a grounded real-life understanding of the complexities of working with matrix management models in cross-cultural and remote teams.

Jenny is a qualified volunteer youth mentor with Oxfordshire County Council and is married to a Dutch-national, originally from Suriname. They have one son, age 14, who attends the European School near Oxford.
